Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Assist with month-end closing processes and reconciliation of accounts
- Support tax preparation and filing documentation under CPA supervision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and maintain general ledger entries
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (Sage 100 experience a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
