Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Process accounts payable/receivable with NetSuite proficiency
- Conduct variance analysis and expense reporting
- Support tax filing preparation for S-Corporations and partnerships
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certification progress (CPA or CMA) preferred
