Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize early payment discounts while maintaining vendor relationships
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on expense reporting and month-end closes
- Implement and improve AP workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 4+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in corporate or finance environments
