Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Assist with month-end closing processes and journal entries
- Support accounts payable/receivable operations and reconciliations
- Conduct expense report audits and vendor invoice verifications
- Collaborate on internal audits and compliance documentation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data management
- Contribute to financial forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or academic experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certification in progress (CPA/ACCA) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
