Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Assist in monthly financial statement preparation and reconciliation
- Support tax documentation and compliance filing processes
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis
- Participate in quarterly audits and financial reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical aptitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive financial matters
