Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements for small business clients
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage general ledger entries
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and audit documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial data analysis
- Support month-end closing procedures and variance reporting
- Maintain organized client financial records in compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (2023-2024 graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
