Responsibilities

- Assist with month-end closing processes and journal entries
- Perform account reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger
- Support tax preparation activities and documentation organization
- Contribute to internal audits and compliance reviews
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite) for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
