Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial statement preparation
- Support tax filing documentation and compliance audits
- Manage digital bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and Sage
- Conduct variance analysis for budget vs. actuals reporting
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client deliverables
- Maintain organized digital financial records and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive learning attitude and willingness to obtain CPA/CMA
