Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Support accounts payable/receivable operations and invoice processing
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance documentation
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks
- Analyze financial trends and variance reports for senior review
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience (students welcome)
