Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Assist with monthly closing processes including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and process vendor/client invoices
- Conduct financial audits and maintain organized digital documentation systems
- Support tax preparation and filing activities for individual and corporate clients
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial analysis projects
- Utilize QuickBooks and accounting software for daily transaction processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional analytical skills
