As our new Accountant, you will work closely with senior financial analysts to ensure accuracy in our financial reporting, assist with month-end close processes, and support various accounting functions. Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and financial reports.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist with tax preparation and filing processes under supervision.
- Conduct basic audits and verify financial data integrity.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or a recent graduate with internship experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
