Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and account balance verifications
- Support accounts payable/receivable processing and invoice management
- Contribute to audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for transaction recording
- Prepare financial reports and variance analyses for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in remote setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- QuickBooks proficiency or willingness to learn accounting software
