Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage general ledger entries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks) for daily transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
