Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Support tax documentation and compliance efforts
- Analyze financial data for variance reporting
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audits and reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for daily accounting tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 0-2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and in teams
