As an Entry-Level Accountant, you will work closely with our senior team to ensure our clients' financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily maintenance of general ledgers and financial records.
- Perform data entry and reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Prepare basic financial reports and expense summaries for review.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding account balances and transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
