Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Perform reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledgers
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Assist in quarterly audits and tax preparations
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 0-2 years of accounting experience/internship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with numerical data
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
