Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with high accuracy
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Support audit preparation by maintaining organized financial records
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite) for data entry and reporting
- Contribute to budget variance analysis and cost-tracking initiatives
- Adhere to internal controls and SOX compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and accounting software
