Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data entry and reporting
- Contribute to financial statement preparation under guidance
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- QuickBooks or ERP software familiarity preferred
