Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account audits
- Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
- Prepare financial statements and budget reports
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Communicate financial insights to department heads
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to learn new accounting systems quickly
