Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Process payroll and maintain employee expense reports
- Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
