Responsibilities
- Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Process payroll transactions and employee expense reimbursements
- Support internal audits and maintain accurate documentation trails
- Collaborate with senior accountants on quarterly tax filings
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (recent graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and IRS regulations
- Strong attention to detail with data accuracy focus
