Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Generate basic financial statements and reports
- Collaborate with team on budget tracking and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn new systems
