Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage general ledger operations, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes to optimize cash flow
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during external reviews and tax filings

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings
