Responsibilities
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing adjusting entries and financial statements.
- Perform daily data entry and reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Support the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with invoice processing and collections.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to maintain accurate financial records and generate reports.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documents and compliance filings under supervision.
- Assist in the auditing process by organizing financial documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (internships considered).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
