What You Will Do:
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Support the finance department during external audits and tax preparation seasons.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis reporting.
- Organize and file financial documents and records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience or relevant internship.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is a plus but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
