Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with detailed variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 15-20 employees using ADP system
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Maintain QuickBooks Online with real-time financial data integrity
- Develop budget forecasts and expense tracking reports for clients
- Collaborate with senior advisors on client financial strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Proven experience in payroll processing and tax compliance
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Bay Area business acumen preferred
