Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial statement preparation including balance sheets and income statements
- Perform accounts payable/receivable processing and bank reconciliations
- Support audit preparation and documentation compliance with GAAP standards
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting
- Contribute to month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects

Qualifications
