Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Support tax compliance filings and documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Contribute to internal audits and regulatory compliance processes
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client deliverables
- Participate in financial analysis and variance reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- QuickBooks certification or CPA eligibility preferred
