Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with accuracy
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and reconciliation
- Prepare financial statements and reports under supervision
- Manage client invoicing and payment tracking
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data management
- Support tax preparation documentation and filing
- Adhere to GAAP and industry compliance standards
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
