Responsibilities
- Perform daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements under supervision
- Support audit preparations by gathering documentation
- Process payroll and tax-related documentation
- Learn and implement accounting best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Eagerness to learn accounting systems and procedures
