Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliation activities
- Prepare and maintain financial documentation in compliance with GAAP
- Support audit processes by gathering and organizing financial records
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks) for daily operations
- Contribute to budget preparation and variance analysis
- Perform data entry and maintain digital filing systems
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in numerical tasks
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits)
