Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile monthly bank statements
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with attention to detail
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Support tax compliance activities and documentation requirements
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) for daily financial operations
- Contribute to internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare financial reports for management review and client presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and basic accounting concepts
