Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports under supervision
- Manage digital filing systems for client documents
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Conduct data entry and maintain financial databases
- Participate in quarterly audits and inventory counts
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent coursework)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data
