Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Perform data entry in QuickBooks and maintain accurate financial records
- Support tax filing preparation and compliance documentation
- Conduct internal audits and verify financial data accuracy
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
- Respond to client/vendor inquiries regarding financial matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional client meetings
