Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation
- Conduct data entry in accounting software with zero error tolerance
- Perform account analysis and variance reporting
- Support audits by providing requested financial documentation
- Adhere to GAAP and IRS compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables)
- QuickBooks or Sage software familiarity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- CPA exam enrollment preferred
