Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Assist with monthly and quarterly closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank accounts, and process payroll
- Support tax preparation activities including data entry and documentation organization
- Conduct audits of financial records to ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) for efficient record-keeping
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client projects and financial analysis
Qualifications
