Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Support financial reporting preparation and analysis for internal stakeholders
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry, reporting, and account maintenance
- Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with audit preparations
- Adhere to GAAP standards and company financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (0-2 years experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
