Responsibilities
- Process and verify accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the general ledger.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with budget preparation.
- Support the tax preparation process and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and data entry tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
