Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain general ledger entries
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation compliance
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure audit trail documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or practical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and double-entry bookkeeping
