Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Prepare financial statements and audit schedules as needed
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal control protocols
- Support tax preparation and compliance activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to pursue CPA certification (optional but encouraged)
