Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
- Prepare and file sales tax returns
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Support audit preparations and documentation requests
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) for data entry
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic functions)
