Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate general ledger accounts
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and subsidiary accounts
- Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Use accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel) for transaction processing
- Prepare basic financial reports and variance analyses
Qualifications
