Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and monthly reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Support tax compliance activities and document audits
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget analysis
- Learn and implement QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Texas residency required
