Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99% accuracy
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and reconciliation
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare basic financial statements and variance analyses
- Support annual audit processes and documentation
- Respond to client/vendor inquiries within 24 hours
- Adhere to GAAP and IRS compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- QuickBooks Online certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Ability to meet strict monthly deadlines
- TX-based candidates preferred (relocation assistance available)
