Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 small business clients
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries
- Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for client data management
- Support audits and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and attention to detail
- Proactive communication and teamwork abilities
