Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Assist with monthly/quarterly financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support audit engagements through document preparation and testing
- Manage expense reports and travel expense processing
- Utilize QuickBooks and SAP for data entry and reporting
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years accounting experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- QuickBooks certification or demonstrable proficiency
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
