- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare sales tax filings and compliance documentation
- Support audits by gathering financial documentation
- Maintain digital filing systems with organized record-keeping
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on budget tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
