Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and general ledger maintenance
- Support tax preparation processes and documentation compliance
- Conduct variance analysis and budget vs. actual reporting
- Collaborate with audit teams during financial reviews
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for data entry and reporting
- Participate in month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPA candidate or enrolled in CPA program preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
