Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings
- Support audits by providing documentation and financial statements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for daily operations
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
