Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- Support data entry and maintenance of accounting records
- Contribute to audit preparation and documentation
- Learn and apply GAAP principles under supervision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance accounting skills
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
